Big ideas, drawn so people remember them.

Our graphic recorders and graphic facilitators listen, synthesize and draw the ideas that matter as they happen — so your event, program or workshop lands, your teams align on what comes next, and the story keeps working long after the room empties.

Drawn by people, in the moment, in your own words — the kind of work audiences trust because they watched it being made.

Drawn for leaders at the FT Forums, the Innovation Roundtable Summit, The Marketing Society and Sifted.

Drawn live, by people

Why it works

Ideas people can see are ideas people remember.

When so much of what crosses a screen is made in seconds, something made by a person, in the room and in your words, earns attention — and keeps it.

  • 2×

People recalled more than twice as many words they had drawn as words they had written.

Source: Wammes, Meade & Fernandes, 2016

  • 85%

more likely to come back: attendees who had a standout moment at an event. Only 40% say they had one.

    Source: Freeman, Oct 2025

  • 81%

of marketers say audience trust in their brand rose after an in-person event.

    Source: Cvent, Jul 2026

  • 82%

of event organizers turn their events into on-demand video, so the story keeps working afterward.

A scribe delivers all four: ideas people remember, a moment they come back for, trust earned in the room and a story that keeps working.

The experiential layer

Scribing isn’t a record of your event. It’s part of it.

A scribe at work is a live performance. It gives a conference, a leadership program or a two-hour workshop a center of gravity: somewhere to gather, something to point at, a story that builds in front of everyone.

Two disciplines, one team

Some sessions need to be remembered. Some need to reach a decision.

We bring the right specialist for each — or both, working side by side.

Graphic recorders & visual scribes

We listen, and draw what matters.

Keynotes, panels, breakouts, webinars and podcasts, captured live on paper walls, on iPad to your screens, or remotely. We decide what matters and draw it in the room’s own words, so people recognize the picture as theirs.

  • Conferences, summits and leadership forums
  • Virtual and hybrid sessions, webinars and podcasts
  • Boards for walls, screens, reports and socials

Graphic facilitators

We guide the room, and draw where it’s going.

Facilitators who combine facilitation with scribing: they design the session, ask the questions and build the picture with the group — guiding teams toward solutions, strategies and future states they can all see.

Built to travel

One drawing. Months of content.

Every board we draw is made to leave the room. Our studio’s designers and animators turn scribes into looping GIFs, animated sequences, social cuts and intranet assets — for your internal channels and your external ones.

The start of something bigger

Scribing is where it starts.

A scribed board is often the first draft of something larger: the rich picture of your strategy, the visual identity of a change program, the opening scene of an internal comms campaign. Because the same studio does all of it, nothing gets lost in a hand-over.

  3. What happened. The CEO used the full collection to wrap up the summit; the visuals were shared after the event and on social media.

“Ludic Media Studio’s digital scribing was a huge hit with our attendees — it created a real buzz throughout the venue.”

What event teams say

  • “Ludic Media Studio provided incredible visuals that helped promote our work on social media and in newsletters. It’s been a delight to work with Ludic Media Studio and we recommend them with great confidence.”

Sureena SohalProject Manager, The Energy Institute, The University of Birmingham

  • “It is always a pleasure collaborating with Ludic Media Studio. The whole process is seamless, from initial planning to implementation. Ludic Media Studio provides us with excellent visual summaries of presentations at our conferences, which are always a hit with the attendees and the speakers. We also use the visuals to summarize the content in a wrap up, which is much more engaging than sharing slides. We highly recommend having Ludic Media Studio at your conferences and events.”

Questions

Good to know

What’s the difference between graphic recording and graphic facilitation?

Graphic recording — visual scribing — captures what is said as it is said, so people can see it, remember it and share it. Graphic facilitation adds a facilitator who designs and leads the session and uses drawing to help the group think: mapping where you are, agreeing where you are going and the path between. We do both, separately or together.

Can you scribe virtual and hybrid events?

Yes. Digital scribes draw live on iPad and share to your screens, stream or event app. Virtual scribing works from your audio or video, live on the call or after the event.

What happens before the day?

We start with a briefing to understand your goals, your audience and your content, so we know exactly what to capture. Then we handle the practical details — travel, the right tools, and working with your event tech team.

What do we get afterward?

High-resolution digital files ready to share, and for physical boards you keep the originals. We can also turn them into GIFs, animations, social cuts, reports and campaign assets.

Do you work globally?

Yes. We have a global network of business-literate creatives — scribes and facilitators who work in person and remotely, wherever your teams are.

Can scribing feed a wider campaign or event?

That is where it is strongest. A board can become a rich picture, the heart of an internal comms campaign, an animation or a game — and Ludic Advisory can design the event around it.
