Challenge
A leading retailer faced a rapidly changing market landscape and needed to explore how emerging future trends could impact its business. The organization wanted to engage senior leaders in a structured workshop to surface key insights, shape a vision for the future, and identify the innovations and actions required to respond effectively. The challenge was to ensure that complex discussions were captured clearly, aligned across multiple perspectives, and translated into tangible outcomes that could guide next steps.
Solution
To support the workshop, we provided live strategic visualization. Working in real time alongside participants, our scribe captured discussions as they unfolded, translating ideas into visual frameworks that mapped the group’s journey from insights to vision, and from innovations to actions. The visualization was created on large-format boards within the room, ensuring that participants could see their contributions come to life as part of a bigger narrative. This not only maintained engagement but also gave the group a shared reference point for building consensus.
By the end of the session, the visual output was transformed into a digital format (JPEG), enabling its inclusion in the post-event materials and ensuring the story of the workshop could be shared and revisited by all stakeholders.
